We focus on earlier stages (pre-seed, seed or series A) where we can bring maximum impact with experience and expertise of our GPs and LPs.

• We invest in tech companies operating in health-tech/ed-tech/fin-tech/e-commerce/social commerce tech. We also invest in enterprise-tech, B2B software/APIs/tools with a subscription model. We prefer not to invest in B2C start-ups, or non-software subscription services that may have recurring revenue.
• We need the founder-CEO to be the CEO till the time we are invested in the company.
• We invest in start-ups located anywhere in the world and in different geographies with preference to companies located in India, US or Canada since our partners are located in these regions and it becomes easy to meet, mentor and help in recruiting right talent and further fundraising. We select founding teams with substantial gender and cultural diversity and of the opinion that this belief builds stronger unicorns.
• We even prefer founders who didn’t go to those top tier institutes, or worked at fortune 500 technology companies but are passionate about the product they are trying to build, solving a major pain point with clear monetization strategy and on their own got initial set of customers who love their product.
• We are fine being the single investor in the round or even the company and do not require participation of co-investors as a pre-requisite. We would be excited to be the first investor of the start-up.
• We have proven track record of being good and successful investors. Some of our investments are at 100x plus and on the path to become unicorns.
• We generally don’t invest in the companies who have already raised loads of funds. It’s practically difficult for us to invest in the companies, which already have raised funds greater than $5 million.
